Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Wash kale and pat dry with paper towel
3. Carefully remove leaves from the stems and tear them into bite sized pieces
4. Toss pieces with extra virgin olive oil and salt, place on cookie sheet and bake for roughly 10 minutes or until the edges are a bit crisp
